Returns Eligibility
 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it.
 Your item must be in the original packaging.
 Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to
    initiate the return process.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how
    to return the item.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided address.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
    you that we have received your returned item.
  5. We will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7 days
    after receiving the returned item.
    Refunds
     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify
    you that we have received your returned item.
     We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
     If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
    applied to your original method of payment.
    Exchanges
     If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our
    customer service team.
    Shipping
     You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
    your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
